I changed my adress after filing I-485 and I-765, thru online using AR11 form
Its prety easy and we got our new EAD cards to new adress.
I-485 - July 2nd
I-765 - July 2nd
Receipt notice Aug 29
Change the adress online on Aug 30.
Recvd conformation notice from USCIS on sep 6th. saying adress changed sucessfully. To the new adress.
Recvd EAD cards to new adress on SEP 10th.
so its very easy. nothing to worry .

Hi,
My H1B extension got denied, I have n't got the denial notice yet. Can someone please advice what options do i have with out going out of status? and how long i can stay in this country?. My current I94 expired in sept 2009.

The RFE as per my employer is about Vendor/Client Details and a latest paystub from the current job. Since I started working already and was getting paid, my employer generated a paystub and supplied the same.
I think you are in trouble. The USCIS asked for your previous employer's pay stub but you supplied the pay stub from current employer. There is a strong possibility for denial. Then your employment became unauthorized. So hope for the best and prepare for the worst.

Lets not despair about lack of support from other organizations. We have 10K+ members now. We are gaining momentum. It won't be long before these organization come to us for support. Given the presidential election looming on the horizon, maybe some of the candidates will need endorsement from us, maybe not, who knows. Lets use this time to meet the lawmakers and educate them about our issues.
I recently called a Senate office and told them about my support for the STRIVE bill in the House and to seek their support for a similar bill in Senate. The staff members had no idea about STRIVE bill. I send them more info. they were willing to understand provided we spend the time. Now we are meeting them in person to highlight our issues in more detail. This is the best way to help ourselves. In the end, if your have to get some thing done you have to get involved. Please top lamenting lack of support. Lets not get linear about this, that unless we get support from others we won't do this. Lets focus on our own efforts.

Don't think that your call doesn't matter.. They do take the number of person called for the same issue and this is the response i got from CHC Dennis Cardoza's office...
Dennis Cardoza : Well aware of the bills, i was number 15 for friday the 13th and when i asked for total number, she said we have received 100 or so calls for these bills....
And two or three lawmakers office said that we are reviewing the bills at the moment.. so definitely a positive sign...
So grab your phone and reach out to house reps... Just try to call 2 members and i bet that you will finish the rest of the calls and you'll reply to my message so you can share your experience and encourage others.

I work for Company A, applied i-485 and both got EAD & AP.She is the dependent.
My Wife works for Company B which sponsored her H1.
So, I guess she cannot continue to work on H1(company B) upon returning using AP(got as my dependent thru Company A) !!!?? am I correct?
As per my laywer, you should be able to work for an H1B and still re-enter using an AP. However for questions like these it is best to consult a GOOD attorney.

is there a way to find out, out of 360K case overall, how many are EB1, EB2 or EB3? Or how many files in year 01, 02, and 03?
overheard most are EB2/3 cases and not many 245i cases.
One thing for sure is that no file in BEC is EB1. The rest is all guess:
If the historic information can tell the present and future, then roughly for every 2 - 3 EB3, there is one EB2...
The trackers at immigrationportal show not many 01 files left, and there're still quite some 02 and a lot of 03 in both BECs. DBEC tends to process a lot of 04/05 cases recently in LIFO manner, whereas PBEC is a bit more FIFO recently barring some cases that came out of regionals..

I need to ask you a question as I don't see on LUD after FP in 485. However LUD changed on my approved I-140.
Was there any LUD on I-140 case after your FP?

1. 8/22/2007 :: This is after my FP
2. 04/21/2008 (Today) :: This is after my I-485 is approved.
I have not noticed an LUD even late last night.
Interestingly, the TSC processing dates have moved to June 29 2007 in the newly released processing times and my RD (06/21/2007) fall with in this period. So my approval could be a result of the progressed processing dates for this month.
