SRC is always Texas , LIN is Nebraska. Also when you input the receipt number in USCIS case status website it tells you which center this application is with.
Hey stldude, you reported that ur LUD had changed to 07/28 right? What was the original LUD?
Maybe the recent LUD change might be an indicator of when NSC shipped stuff to TSC? They may be doing batch processing. JUST a THOUGHT

Two SLUDs on just primary applicant 485...Gurus can guess what can be expected?
8/10 - Opened SR and no response to that yet
8/31 - This morning (9/1) saw a SLUD dated 8/31 which wasn't there until 10EST yesterday.
9/1 - Again another SLUD dated 9/1 this afternoon.

Why did you file EAD? Waste of money. You will be getting your GC anytime. EB2 ROW is curent.
Yes it is current. But I don't know when they'll be approving it. Besides now we pay $1010 for I-485/131/765. There's no breakdown.

I am one of the July 2 filer and calling the level 2 does not help should I check the TSC than NSC with them for my 485 app or it does not matter, my 140 was approved from NSC with April 2005 priority ....

The only change for now is the delivery date - July 10th instead of 09th (FTD doesn't deliver on Mondays)
good some people are taking notice and doing it.. lets keep it rolling and hope atleast few more add on.. cmon guys its just 35$ after all these years and so much money spent what is 30+ bucks.. I promise I will contribute to IV also regularly... make the noise.. and make sure this thing is mentioned in the blogs too so if people miss it here they will read it there and respond...

Sign the agreement get the GC and use the same agreement to sue the employer ....

Thanks for the reply, Do you mean proceed with corp-to-corp between current Y(employer) and Prior-employer X(by paying h1b tranfer fee). Sign the Agreement with Employer X to continue GC and then sue them ? ?hmmm... interesting.
Before accepting an Employement with company X, if there would have been an agreement stating they will sponsor my green card (atleast the paperwork), that would have helped me.. hard luck..

I work for company A which sent me to client C through company B(Prefered vendor). After working with the same client for 1.5 yrs, transfered my h1b to company B(PF) due to issues with the pay with company A. Company A has deducted huge sum of money($4000) from my last months pay towards PERM filing(Still under process). Upon demanding them to reimburse my money saying that its against law, they r threatening me saying that based on non-compete agreement they will take legal action against me.
I am not actually aware of the clauses in the agreement. company B(PF) told me that it does not have any clauses in its agreement with company A prohibiting them from taking me.Though i requested company A to provide me a copy of non-compete, they said i signed with them, they haven�t. The company is located in NJ and not sure how non-competes work under NJ state law.
I am really frustated upon this blackmail and going thru lot of pressure. The amount is too big too leave and cannot afford to hire a lawyer in case they file suit based on non-compete. even if i had signed a non compete agreement how does it stand as it is conflicting the agreement which company a signed with PF sayign tht upon my termination of the emplyment with them, Pf can take me without any gap period... what can i do to get my money. they also refused to provide me with experience letter which i need for my future GC filing.
Plz give me ur valuable inputs
