Isn't that they have completed input and receipt issuance for cases received by certain date (late Aug.?) according to their update? How come so many July filers still have not received receipts? Weird!
No, it seems as per the latest USCIS update (on Sept 7, 2007) the NSC has completed issuing receipt notices till July 28, 2007, and TSC till July 2, 2007.
Do you have any other updates?

Getting a letter is not a big deal. What if I am a full time consultant in that company?

Buddy, it looks like its only you and me remaining who has not received the FP notice. For me its been 30 days since opening SR and nothing. We are the unfortunate ones who have not only not received FP but our application are in TSC , where opening an SR is of no use.
We may want to try a different strategy to inquire about our FP rather than calling that number floating around which is of no use to us. All I got from calling that number was WAIT , Local ASC must be busy.
I am not sure InfoPass appointment will help, but hope its worth trying.

What address did you use to send the I-485 using FedEx or UPS?
I sent it to the PO Box address:
USCIS Nebraska Service Center
P.O. Box 87485
Lincoln, NE 68501-7485
I did not know that FedEx/UPS could deliver to PO boxes and that you would have a person receiving and signing for it???

Do you guys think the packages were delivered at a Post office or a Box center in Lincoln, NE and the signers aren't actually ppl working for USCIS? Is there a chance that once accepted boxes can be refused later on?

But as suggested by IV members, please do consider a visit to india and take second opinion from the Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, its one of the best cancer treament centre in the world.
US Healthcare system is for Profit, some medical facilities in US are exception, but if you see the overall Healthcare system it sucks and its all driven by insurance and big Pharmaceutical companies.

Lawyer sent to NSC on 27th July. Today called to USCIS support. There are no receipts numbers in the system. What could be the reason.
Case might have got transferred to CSC. I applied on Jul' 23rd and no news yet.

What we are asking is just fairness and transparency in the system.

1) copy I-485 receipt notice
2) copy of EAD (front and back)
3) two color photos
4) Filing fee check $340
5) Mailer stub received from previous EAD.
